The share capital  is invested 100% by INSIG, the Albanian insurance company operating in Albania and Kosovo. Shareholders of INSIG are the Ministry of Finance of Albania (60%); EBRD – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (20%) and IFC – International Finance Corporation (20%).
